Slow roasted chicken stuffed with flavorful aromatics. Lemon, butter and rosemary rubbed under the skin and on the top keep the chicken flavorful and juicy.
Garlic & Herb Tenderloin
Marinated with herbs and garlic the fillet of beef is pan-seared for the crispy outside then finished in the oven and drizzled with a compound butter.
